The Bailey Controls NIAC03 is a legacy high-density Analog/RTD Calibration Terminator Module used in the ABB Bailey Network 90 and INFI 90 Distributed Control Systems (DCS). It allows for the zero and span calibration of RTD input channels without disrupting data collection or removing the slave module entirely.
Key Functions & Features
- Compatibility: Designed to work directly with the ABB IMASM03 Analog Input Modules (specifically for 10 Ohm or 100 Ohm RTD inputs).
- Channel Calibration: Features eight onboard jumpers (one per channel) that enable operators to apply zero and span settings.
- Independent Testing: Allows technicians to calibrate one point at a time without disturbing the data collection of other active slave points on the system.
